    Understand that BTC has placed a transparent web cache in ADSL network; we've got customer compalints about the stale web pages; this web page with its news feed contents also confirm that the cached objects at BTC is not [proactively] refreshed before the 'next hits' by the customers.

    BTC informs that a planned work to be carried out on 28th and 29th between 0900hrs and 1600hrs. The work is to make urgent repairs to subsea cable to be carried out by British Telecom. This may result in [slow Internet] and affect all [Internet services]
